I wonder if the Roth deadline of the end of this year for spreading taxes out over four years might not be a similar bag job to April 15 most every year, i.e. run them up to the deadline and pull the plug. However, CNBC claims that not many people are converting to Roth's. Check out the IBD mutual fund index - after a month of playing tag (sideways) with the 200 day ma it has started breaking out to the upside. Vitas
