Another thought relative to the questions. As folks review them, are they any questions asked to which answers already exist, whether in SEC filings or public statements.

Brady, although I don't like the idea of deleting questions (especially given who has appointed himself the chief censor), Aleta has agreed to it, and so I will reluctently agree that your new set of questions is a good one. I like the new questions you have added, and the old ones have been tactfully re-written.

But I DO think we'd all like to know about those court judgements. And I do think it's awfully unfair that Pat has not been given an opportunity to explain them. You see, I am in agreement with PT! :)

Anyway, I hearby withdraw my list, to be replaced with your list.

PT is not going ot go along with your "no names" term, so I guess the modis opperandi remains the same - CWIII will FAX these tomorrow. If, for some reason, he doesn't, I will do so tomorrow evening.

Or, you could just submit em' yourself.

I do agree that he's either going to answer em or not, and isn't going to withhold answering based on "not liking" someone. So, I don't think we need some special "conduit". Save that for seances. :)

RE: E*Trade..............

They won't cancel market orders during market hours anymore.

Better be pretty sure before pulling that trigger.

FYI: RE: Pat Hayton............

I have decided not to let him concern me any longer. If the SEC hasn't found any abnormalities with his involvement, I have to trust that. You can't go any farther than them anyway.

As for the rest of it, I'm just going to take it one day at a time. Things look a lot better now than they did a month ago. Lets hope we are on a roll.

Everyone should make up their own mind.

By the way, RDIM has had a couple of really good days lately. I'm going to watch it tomorrow and may take a bite.
