Obviously, you have a clear opinion of your own. Ergo, your questions are rhetorical -- another reason I didn't bother to answer them. My answer would mean nothing to you. "When life starts" is a matter of opinion, and will never be anything other than a matter of opinion. And men will have the right to hold views on the rights of unborn babies only when they are able to get pregnant and give birth. Rose, wondering how we got off on this -- what happened to Clinton?

Back previous to the 1950's abortion was a primary means of birth control. White women had the highest abortion rate of the period. Aha then it was beginning to be recognized in the '50s that the white race was being out populated by the minorities in this country. The outcry led by the Catholic church was to outlaw birth controls at any cost to halt this decline. This argument was revisited by a priest in a New York news article a few years back and the public outcry against him was brutal.Now of course it has become "such a heartful, passionate issue". Truth is the whole thing was rooted in race and of course now evolved. At any rate it is stilla woman's decision no one elses
