Lisa, I have no delusions that my suggestions would eliminate all of the abuses that one could think of. But it could eliminate some of the more frivolous examples. I am not advocating a "wild wild west" on the internet. I think my posting history would reflect that. As a matter of fact I am disgusted at what people would say anonymously that they would not say face to face. But if I have a way to avoid damage to myself in a wild wild west environment, then I think that it is a good thing to do it. Are you suggesting that anonymous aliases are a bad thing or just that it won't solve everything? JXM
