The ownership interest by FDMS is hardly news and the partnership wit At & T you claim exists is not a partnership but a non exclusive discount... What you fail to understand is taht Mel Richards owend 95% of this shell and gave a certain percentage of this company to management a and hid his interest abroad...It doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out that his interest is in getting the stock up and in selling his shares ..big Comapnies are making big mistakes all around us ..especilly in the world of E-commerce ,The poor choice of business partneres wouldnt be the first time a major name was swindled by criminals , I recall VIST , s company that had record sales and revenues was able to get huge following by Payne Webber which propelled it higher and higher , Ivanna and TCTV, the comparisons are endless. Do you remeber John Scully and SPCL..This is no differnet..I refer you to the comapony to se if you can ascertain how much stock is una ccounted for...The transfer agent will have some clues for you... Good luck and please dont contact me again until you have gotten in touch with the top guys at the comnapny,,,. You need to dig a little deeper..the superficial scratches you make are how scams come to be..On the surface things look ok but dig my friend DiG!

You listed a handful of filing and ommitted numerous filings and there are exactly 6,074 pages on file with the SEC. have you gone through them all? No ofcourse not, I am still weeding my way throughthe middle 2000 pages.. Please post the one filing showing that old shareholders have been replaced by new and im[proved people..Secondly since you are neutral please post the filing that specifically disclose CURRENT beneficial shareholders.. I am only interested in the truth and I could care less about being right or wrong and I have no problem with making anew decision based on new information.. I do not think that will be the case but Im open...secondly ,,,my FAX is still bare...I will up it to $50.00 for each item purchased from Imall Prior to todays date.!!! My fax number is 619-756-5381
