They are dangerously low on cash. However a secondary is unlikely in the near term. The window has not opened for biotech offerings although I think we will see a few attempted in the first q. More likely is a privately placed convertible preferred. Hopefully it will have a fixed conversion price. The cash position is my biggest concern with the company.
