Great idea, PT! I'm glad you suggested it. Let's add this question:

Q. Have the company's debts to Lycos and Frontier GlobalCenter been paid? If not, has a settlement and/or payment arrangements been made? Has the company been denied other services (besides web hosting services from Frontier GlobalCenter) due to non-payment of debts? Is the company current in paying web sites? If not, when does the company intend to become current? Has the company lost web site partners due to non-payment? What other debts has the company deferred?

PT, just to keep the record straight, I don't think that judgements of 60-70 thousand dollars are mundane matters. Yes, as I told you in a PM, several were for the little people that didn't get paid for work they did for the guy and these bothered me due to the fact that they were little people being forced to have to go to court to get their rightful due, but most were from attorneys and individuals for rather large sums and it didn't state specifically why the suit was brought to court.

Maybe if I were a millionaire I might look at those size judgements as mundane. Unfortunately I'm not, so to me they represent a nice chunk of change, but you are correct in your assumption that there are too many for my tastes. 60+ against one individual is way too many, IMO, for most people.
