FMK, The number of patents is impressive, however, the most tangible part of a patent, are the specific claims within the patent. Many major corporations try to design around a basic patent, Sometimes they are successful. Trying to design around claims, within a patent, is the area, where most patent infringements cases occur. I was a Manager of Licensing Technology for a major aerospace corporation before retirement. RMJ
