Mike I find it interesting that the JD's have avoided any thing that may get this case transferred from NM State court to a federal level. No SEC, no cigarette smoking man in Canada, etc. With the amount of defendants I wonder which one is going to cooperate and settle and leave the rest holding the bag. Lets not forget NASDAQ may have culpability in this. Though Solv-ex may have waived their rights to litigation in listing agreement, I believe the shareholders have not. I believe this only the beginning. jjb
