Linda,

Finally picked up an iMac today for my niece; easiest setup and printer configuration I have done. Even easier than my G3. Did not get the Zip or the Superdisk yet due to the incompatibility of the two. Everyone in my piece of the universe uses a Zip so it would seem the logical choice. Have you used both? If so, what advantage does the Superdisk have over a Zip that I may be unaware of?

Thanks,

Norm

Hi Linda,

*OT OT OT OT OT*

Like you, I too was a victim of multiple JAZ failures. All of them to what is currently being called, “The Click Of Death”. My experience with IOM after an initial conversation, that was a little more than stressful, resulted in IOM replacing the devices and recovering lost data – gratis. While I'm still leery of IOM devices, I'm totally convinced they are trying to do the right think!
