As a follow-up to my previous message, if the company feels that a roll-back is in its best interests in order to get on the NASDAQ, then I would feel compelled to support such a move for the record. I agree that it may a window of opportunity that may not present itself again, and I would sooner take a profit under this arrangement then to not take one at all. I just hope that BII doesn't have to resort to such a move to make the NASDAQ next year. KRIS
