P&F .. re: your squid problem. I don't think that there's anything you can do about it. It has happened to me from time to time - as recently as yesterday. I usually just wait a few hours and then it works. I don't know if it's a periodic problem with the SI server - perhaps one of the more technically astute can explain it.
