It would appear this money will spent at the reporting level, where the raw data for epidemiological study begins. George, I know you spent a lot of time trying to draw some conclusions on death rates from public domain data on mortality in Great Britain. Rather difficult to do this without the data feeds. Evidently it is felt this country has a weakness at the county level in reporting to CDC the information they need to do their job.
