If anyone listened to Tice, you'd be wiped-out by now. That goes for Jerry Favors, and Prechter as well. Remember Favors on CNBC saying back in October to Ron Insana that he stands in 'granite' the Dow would be at 6,900 by years end? These people have lost all credibility.
