Woulnd't this be illegal? Especially if in their confirmation statements and quarterly statements would also have to be modified for the extra 1/8, thus falsifying all forms. Find it hard to believe that the NASD and SEC would permit this. I could see the brokerage find the shars at less than your bid, and then filling your order at your bid.
