Surely you can do better than that.....your analysis a few weeks ago at least brought up some interesting angles.
I can go dig up a bunch of junk in which the analysts say that DELL isn't doing all that great in comparison to the last couple of years, and maybe they can't continue to grow at the same rate the next two years, but that is pretty obsolete now. DELL and CPQ have made nice runs in the past few weeks, probably on good news leaking out. The fact remains that CPQ is continually changing and as long as they can to continue to grow other divisions and maintain the PC division, the market is willing to discount the past and put a premium on the future. That said, one slip, by DELL or CPQ will cause that company to take a severe hit in the market.
The market is a forward looking mechanism.
