I just went and created a portfolio with no problems whatsoever, so I'm guessing the problem is unique to your specific situation, but I have no idea on what that might be.

It typically should work on a subsequent try. Your inability to post the portfolio at all appears to be a new twist on an old problem. It could be that a partial record was written and is preventing you from posting it again. Have you tried posting it under a different portfolio name?

Oddly enough, I took a similar error the first time I tried to publish this message........
