Eddie,

<<short shares according to IBD decreased from 1,868,935 at Nov. 13 to 1,060,059 at Dec.15.>>

Thanks. That's one less thing to worry about. It looks like the decrease was right on target. At least it appears as if nobody is shorting into the rallies.

Craig

Outstanding news Eddie, but now I'll have to change my table. Also at a faster rate than the last drop.

Eddie,

Thank you for posting the data. It looks like the winner of our
contest is Ken Richard. Congratulations on an amazingly close guess
(or perhaps it wasn't a guess?) Here are the complete statistics:

Actual short position as of 12/15/98: 1,060,059 shares

Closest entry: 1,021,138 (by Ken Richard)
Highest entry: 1,021,138 (by Ken Richard)
Lowest entry: 1,021,138 (by Ken Richard)
Mean: 1,021,138
Median: 1,021,138

We extend to Ken and Eddie our warmest regards and wish you a
Happy New Year.

Greg

P.S. Anyone care to guess the 1/15/99 sort position before Ken nails it?

Short interest was posted today on both the NASDAQ and ViWes sites. It is the exact same number posted by Eddie 3 days ago. I have been checking these sites daily. IBD would appear to be a quicker source of short interest for those who follow that statistic.
