Rainmaker, Officer of PAIR sells 23,520 shs in 144 sale at 7 7/8. Was checking out my insider sales and noticed this under PAIR. It didn't say who the officer was or how many shares he had. Also, I have a large position in ADAX a little test and OS management company in the telecom field. I used PAIR as an example of problems I was trying to find out about (whether ADAX was experiencing the same problems) and the CEO (who responds to all my questions) said this about PAIR: ***PAIR has been hit hard because of agressive pricing and sales by mark smith, ceo of adtran. adtran has driven the price of hdsl units down from 1000$ per end to under $200 per end. adtran recently won the bell atlantic business as reported by adtran and morgan stanley and then acknowledged by pairgain, by pricing their product way under pairgain. hdsl has become a commodity product with very low margins.*** I'm out of PAIR but still following.
