I think the judge already said very clear that the merge of AOL and NSCP showed that the market has changed significantly , and which will have an impact on the result of the DOJ case. Is it clear enough ? The merge of AOL and NSCP indicated that Microsoft did not have a monopoly, so the things like abuse the monopoly power did not exist at all, because you do not have a monopoly , so where the monopoly power come from ?
