Slate, It sounds like Vern doesn't know a heck of a lot about Wave. First Wave is compatible with all forms of high speed services whether it be cable, wireless or anything. Second, "a set top box technology" we all know that this is only one part of it, albeit an ever growing part. Third, " the last mile issue", alot of foresight there huh? If he's not keen on the "last mile" I guess that he's not to keen on the industry as a whole. Well, IMHO he'll end up being one of the rabble rushing around to cover his shorts in "99".
