The fact that "other changes" may have been in for works at the time that their web site was shut-down for non-payment is irrelevant. Is it OK to not pay your bills because you may not be needing the service any more? Is to OK to not pay the rent because you are moving, anyway? Is that what YOU do? Is that acceptable? I have an e-mail from the CFO of Frontier GlobalCenter confirming that ZuluMedia agreed to a settlement on past-due bills, wrote bad checks in payment of the reduced amount, then stopped making payments alltogether. We've never heard the company's side of the story, though. I'd like to hear it. Don't you want to afford them that opportunity?
