I think it acan only be palyed from the short side no m,arket penetration and if the market moves to free nternet access then the majors will wipe them off the planet.. taking that into account ,,one is well served to follow the insider examples which show that a toatal of 434,000 shares were dumped in th last month alone byy insiders and bigger shareholders I do not see a bright future for this one..A very weak argument exists to own it..if you want a cheap inetstock to play that can actually do something look at SPGLA
