Thomas, thanks for that fascinating site about necrotizing fasciitis. I hope Mike reads it--maybe then he will start taking small cuts and wounds seriously, and treat them with antiseptics and bandage them. The site also reminded me of that closely related, very nasty strep infection that kills people quickly. That is what Jim Henson, inventor of the Muppets, died of. Basically, if you have either of these things you will feel extremely horrible, and need to get world class medical care immediately in order to survive. Thanks!
