I tend to agree with that if the CEO is smart enough and the board is diligent enough to watch the books carefully and put discipline into the financial aspects of the business. I can tell you that NTAP's Jeff Allen is no slouch and the board is very diligent. I can't even begin to tell you how much credit I give to Dan W., CEO. He is a charismatic leader with great energy and intellect.
