I would also add that I disagree with the assessment that Walmart would dump Radica if Radica set up business on the net. The only thing Walmart cares about is 1) How much do we have to pay for our products?, 2) Do the products sell, and 3) Can we get the product in the quantities we need, when we need them? There will always be room for Walmart sales etc. since not everyone is going to shop online. As long as Radica can manufacture enough toys to meet the demands of all outlets, I see no problem with their selling direct on the internet.
