Skeeter, a belated Xmas present just for you from H&Q today. Jeff

In the near term, we are concerned about the evidence of increasing
semiconductor production. There is evidence that semiconductor manufacturers
are increasing utilization and output. We believe that the increase in supply
is likely to cause a demand and supply imbalance sometime in the first half of
1999, most likely in Q1. This excess supply will most likely impact the DRAM
market; but we would not be surprised to see excess supply impact other
semiconductor segments. We continue to monitor DRAM prices. Over the last
months, 64 Mbit SDRAM prices have dropped on the spot market from $10.00-$10.50 to $9.00-$9.50. This is in-line with contract pricing. In addition, we have
heard that contract pricing for Q1 deliveries has also started to fall.>>
