Jon, if your home team, say the Padres, had financial trouble, had built up some debts and all, during this difficult period would you stop rooting for your home team? Accept these blatant facts, will ya? 1) The SEC filing mentioned up to 20 million is coming in. 2) The ZULU/ESVS merger agreement states that ESVS will pay all of ZULU's debts. 3) The merger is close to finalizing. It's as close as is your best friend who is standing on your front porch, after having just rung your doorbell. Once you let him in, he will be in your house. Why, when looking at the larger picture, can you only see the petty things which tend to damage the fuller picture. The fact is Zulu has knocked on your door, but because of your prejudice, hatred and distortive tendencies you won't let Zulu into your home, never mind your realm of common sense.
