This is funny. He obviously sold all the shares he had filed to sell, and the Bloomberg reporter screwed the story up, probably due to not understanding how it works if you want to sell some stock in your own company.

Whatever creates a buying opportunity is fine with me.

Maybe he knows that after a merger, he would be restricted from making any sale for a while. <g>

Just a clearification. No! Mory did not own 1,523,843 shares of stocks. That was the number of "Common Stock issuable pursuant to stock options that are currently exercisable or will become exercisable within 60 days of February 28, 1998." I think there is a difference bet. the exercisable options and the stocks actually owned, although I am not an expert on this.

And that Proxy was dated on April 9th. Since then, he did sold/exercised about another 0.5 million shares between mid-April to late-Nov.
