#2....... CNBC Interview

1. No one knew Bob Worsley would be on Squawk Box until
after the market was closed on Wednesday.

2. Mark Haines is on Vacation all next week so
most likely Joe Kernan will be conducting the inteview
during Market Hours.

3. What will they be talking about? Nothing but POSITIVE.
Once he begins speaking, the Party begins.
---- Insider Buying for 6 months
---- Financials: profitable for three years, beating quarterly estimates
---- Catalog business success from 400 million readers/year who
have nothing else to read while on an airplane.
---- Brand Appeal and Recognition
---- Investment of 1 million dollars in Internet/Intranet infrastructure
to do the following: (info from their conference call:)
"SKYM will become a "content provider" to high traffic sites
and expect the current 50,000 visitors to increase sharply. He
alluded to more announcements in future.
SKYM is selling their infrastructure support to other companies as a
revenue generator and to drive additional customers to SKYM sites and products."

---- Advertising Plan: besides the catalog that stares travelers
in the face, advertising plan includes CNN blurbs at the airline gates,
inflight adds during movies, etc.
---- After spending numerous amounts of time speaking with Investor Relations, the general idea I have gleaned about SkyMall's business plan is that the CEO has "incrementally" established SkyMall to grow "exponentially" on the internet.

Amateur daytraders who try and short the stock, will cover , which will take the price even higher by the end of the day.
Its simply best just to own shares for 1999.
