To a certain extent arrogance comes with success. When you are skilled and worked hard to become capable, you develop confidence in your abilities. That leaks out as arrogance to the weak and obsequious. I never had a problem with the brash types. They make it happen. I always had fun with those who assert themselves. If you disagree, don't run away and pout. Kick butt. You do that by telling me why I'm all wrong.
