OT Radim, If you are as into great dining as you seem to be, forget St. Martin (too many tourists, even though Grand Case has a great restaurant) and check out St. Bart's (St. Barthelemy). Restaurant Castelley, especially. Want something French, but really out of the beaten track? Isle de Haut, off the southwestern tip of Guadeloupe's Basse-Terre. Very small island, great harbor, tasty little restaurants, and very exotic locals; descendants of Scandinavian sailors/whalers who took African wives: beautiful cafe-con-leche skin with blond hair and blue eyes. Also Bequia, small island off the south coast of St. Vincent (Georgetown), it is the northernmost of the Grenadines. Best way is to bareboat and do it all!! All the best, M.
