Hah, the scam continues. MSDW lowered their rating on Ziff Davis because they said "they have reached our price target." CNBC just mentioned that while MSDW was an underwriter for the original Ziff IPO, they were not chosen as an underwriter for the ZDNet spinoff IPO of Ziff. In other words, Morgan is pissed they didnt get a piece of the action. Guess they're sending a warning to any company who dares not give them business- if you dont let us in on the IPO, we're going to trash the stock. Gotta love it! MSDW has totally thrown off any vestiges of impartiality.
