MichaelW, It probably means that Jan'99's open interest mo-mo action hasn't started, and it also reflects a lot of 'long-term' open interest that was created early last year when the stock was at a much lower level. It should be noted, and the past Max-Pain&#153 graphs examined for confirmation, that "DELL DON'T PLAY MAXIE's GAME" most of the time. Should the money on the sidelines start to pour into DELL, the value of the volume in the stock will wash away the value in the open interest. Ben A. ez-pnf.com
