How about the billions added to Amazon's market cap in the last 2 hours? They're packing on daily gains of more than the entire volume of books sold in the US on an almost daily basis.

Covered my puts, went long this morning, still planning on going short thursday-ish.

At these price levels the only people buying are shorts covering.
