Wow! Delighted that you started this thread. We've talked about it over the years... I don't know if I should tell people that I am the President of the Wine Society of Central Pa., because we don't want to scare anyone away... A perfect question for everyone (in a couple of days) might be: What kind of champagne did you have for New Year's, and did you like it? My favorite, at the moment, and the one which I will serve is: Nicholas Feuillatte Rose. About $23.00. Any of the Feuillatte champagnes are good. Good luck with the thread.
