I tend to consider very carefully all posts from *all* people who do not identify themselves with their full names.

It's true Drakes, I am gullible about some things. Thanks for pointing this out to me. I must have forgotten somewhere along the way. Actually, the amount of legal problems that can visit a poster these days for erroneously identifying himself as an owner of three seed companies having sold to ABTX, seems too great a risk to me. This poster did not try and convince anyone to buy ABT, he simply posted his reasons for selling. Even if this was a misleading post, the logic is hard to ignore. Although this poster did not say it, there was a hint that selling his companies for less than 1X sales (a guess on my part) was desirable when you consider what his companies gain in the process. It wouldn't surprise me if many other seed companies that sold to ABT felt the same way (the value of access to germplasm). The real payoff for selling to ABT would come in future shareholder value. This is something JT has said over and over again.

With regards to poster identification, what is you full name (the one your parents gave you)?
