CSCO sells solutions - not technology Gary, this point, which I originally realized while reading Moore's, "The Gorilla Game", is what got me into Cisco. I agree, we are in for "a hell of a ride" this year.

Good post! I have been in STRM/CSCO since 1992, and still holding 65% of them in my portfolio. Given the fact that internet is still in early stage of developments, there are much more and fast growth ahead. I am glad we are in CSCO for long time to come. I agree with you most of points. In 1998, my portfolio is up 130% in which CSCO has contributed. I would expect we will have another good year in 1999. Let those bears complaint about valuation and technology. I am for one just don't give a dam! Cheers! Mike
