I don't understand what you mean "Rather not consider downside breakouts.." If IOM falls to 6 that is an exit, stop point. IOM does need a break at 9 to move ahead as it seems stuck at this point. Under performing because it isn't moving. Wouldn't buy here and if own hold. SPLN is trading sideways with good support at 16 and down to 13.5. 15 breaks the Bullish support line. Could buy SPLN here with a stop of 15 but it wouldn't be my favorite play. Not until I see a buy signal on the chart. Aggressive since RS is in O's. Jan I am
