And btw Dells new range makes it a killer 10 day swing trade stock. I've never mde more money.....arthur...

Hello Nihil,..Re:. If you want "owners equity" per share or "book value" per share, sell Dell and buy a steel minimill (a whole one, they're cheap!). Nucor's the best.

LOL! Great story Nihil. But I suspect we'd all be surprised by the number of people who are really trying to measure the value of Dell or CSCO by using "Book Value Per Share". Once a methodology gets stuck in the head, it seems to be difficult to dislodge it in favor of more contemporary thinking, not to mention simple logic! <Vbg>

From der old country came my Grandmother, en she would bringen
stuff from Chicago to our farm in Mich. Vooden kegs of salted herring fishes, vooden boxes of salted codfish, tins of fish balls (not what you may think), and eggs of der codfish,but never, ever is she bringen der Lutefiskes.

Don't understand why you reply to me, and the Minnesota stuff, etc., but thanks for the suggestion: I have sold all my Dell holdings and am looking for value stocks to invest. I think 1999 will see some changes. Anyone has any suggestion? Thanks.
