What would Buffett do if he had a lot of money in a company with fantastic management and the management departed. The business would remain the same in all other respects. The company would have a great track record of decades and the business itself would involve doing something that everyone on this thread does and something that anyone can do, although present mgt. does its task better than the average Joe.

What I'm getting at is do you sell or hold when Buffett and Munger go to that Great Nebraska Furniture Store in the Sky and join Mrs. Bumpkin, is it (although I guess she's still not there yet)? I understand WEB has a protege at Geico or somewhere who will take over the reins when he has eaten his last Omaha steak, but would you trust that person to provide you with superior returns or not?
