Thanks for the response, but i know that the computer shipped on 12/22 because it is in airborne's system. It was supposed to be for 2 day service, which should have been 12/24........well, now it is 12/28.......so at a minimum, I should be refunded my money for the 2 day service, at the maximum, I guess the thing really could be lost, so that would be the full cost of the computer. Here is what is irritating me.......they have no idea where the package is!
I told them that when I bought the computer, that had i known i had to tell airborne how to run their business, i would have used FEDEX!
