A good point to make is that it is important to chart your own stocks while learning PnF. This way you get a feel for the charts and how they work. Eventually, it is all about pattern recognition and knowing almost instinctively what the chart is going to do. You will get to this point after practice and daily comparisons of charts with stock movement. Soon, you can look at a chart and without much study, know what it is telling you.

Another hint. When you see a stock make a big movement, go to the DWA site and look at the chart. You will see what pattern had developed before the move (whether up or down). This will help you learn the pattern recognition. I still do this every day.
