Miles and several points! I think in some cases we should take no news as good news. I have pulled from the EDGAR filings passages that have implied that the FDIC would be auctioning off the old BestBank portfolio before year end. That may be the case. It might also be that the deal will be done in a fashion that helps alleviate some of the pain we have taken by staying long in this stock. But even if all that is true there is no reason to expect an announcement before all the t's are crossed and the i's are dotted. Glad to see a little upward momentum today myself. Regards, Jeff
