I see Spidey's brain has transformed the word "move", as in "not sit idle", to "move in" which he maintains means to "halt trading in". Perhaps there's a Freudian term for that? Perhaps he knows more than he is telling us?

Hey Spidey, spill the beans. Is your "source" telling you the SEC is "moving in"??? That would be news to me but certainly not unexpected.
