Maverick ; your reference to S&P - is that about the old report that someone is claiming is new information. I belive that it is old and their system made an error.
Pierre: Now that you can say that you are representing 1% plus of the company I donot belive that it is unreasonable to ask what they are doing with the convertible and why does OE need that sort of cash in the bank.
Did you ever get a message on yahoo or AOL and did we pick up some shares over there.
My own personal thoughts are that - OE, if they get rid of the convertible will succeed in spite of themselves, and I will keep the remainder shares I have - if they get rid of the convertible.
