I think the main reason DBCC will not pull a MALL is they only own 30% of MKTW. Another drawback is 30 million shares out. Most of these highflyers have less than 10 with floats under 4.

Hi Steve. It would appear that the shares outstanding are 32 million with a float of 19 million. But I could be wrong.
