Oil apparently bounced today over renwed tension in Iraq. Given the steep reaction in oil and OS stocks after the last Iraq related bounce, I suspect investors are very reluctant to buy OS stocks on any Iraq related news.

I have observed that sustainable upmoves in the OSX almost never begin on days when crude rallies strongly. When OSX jumps and crude does little, better chance the move will last.
