Motion to change domicile carries!! About 96 of those voting voted in favor. This resulted in about 63% of outstanding stock being voted in favor.

I am very pleased and can't wait to see which other biotech company also considers a domicile change.

BTW Tyco article in IBD, mentions Bermuda domicile and foreign revenues.

I did not ask about anything else, nor when press release will be made.
