Mark organized religion is not the answer for anyone IMHO. I am reasonably sure you are in earnest for a search for truth. I wouldn't or couldn't suggest a better way to find God in your life. I do not advocate any path in particular except it be open to truth and verification by heart rather than mind-control as practised by organized religion. I am a firm believer that God's laws exist unchanged for all eternity. I too care less what someone believes as long as they do not proselyte and condemn others to an imaginary hell which creates fear in undevelped minds. When their beliefs are furthered by brainwashing children into these trauma causing fears then IMHO they have overstepped their bounds and are inviting hostile resistance or submission the the evil. "Sam, there is a question that I have to ask you. I agree with a lot of what you say. Not the bible is fiction stuff,(I have no idea and no way to prove if that is true or not true) but I certainly agree with the concept of the divinity within us, and that Godliness is based on love. Love of onesself, and of others." Mark there is a way of verifying the bible s a plagiarized fiction. The only way to prove the divinity in us is by experience. How we relate to that experience is our ability to comprehend it in its proper concept. As to the anger in my posts that is just my inability to choose proper verbage to get my message across. Just as standing in the corner works to correct some children, others require a butt paddling to learn. Some of natures laws are demonstrated with harsh results for the purpose of teaching. They are not vindictive and neither is my anger. I just want to prevent the greater harm caused by false teaching. I am unable to convey how God and I are one. The God conceived by the masses is not the true God but a concept of the unknown each as a mental picture that cannot be compared as the same. God is the spirit part of me the life if you will. The Sam Ego is is the earth part of me. This duality combined give me mind which is my true self or soul personality. Keep trying but just find words to describe spiritual knowledge. Maybe this will give you an inkling. I have no personal powers of magic or miracle producing abilility. Neither did any of the previous Saviors including Jesus. Many of those great men were much more informed in God's law as I am only a babe in Christ just starting to grow in spirituality.
